Welcome to FeedFare. By downloading, accessing, or using the FeedFare application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use FeedFare. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at nick@nickrae.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant FeedFare a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content within the App and for promotional purposes.
You agree not to post content that:
We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.
FeedFare offers optional premium subscriptions:
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing & Canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a current billing period.
Payment is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. FeedFare does not collect or store payment information. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change with notice.
The App, its design, features, and original content are owned by Nick Rae and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on FeedFare infringes your copyright, send a written notice to nick@nickrae.net including:
We will respond to valid notices and may remove infringing content and/or terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nick Rae and FeedFare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nick Rae and FeedFare from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Merced County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
